Day 1: Arrival in Madaba
- Arrival: arrivals to Madaba.
- 18:00 – Sunset Grounding: A gentle Restorative Yoga session at the hotel to release travel tension and "land" in Jordan.
- Dinner: Traditional welcome dinner.
- Overnight: Madaba.
Day 2: Mosaic Art & Desert Transition
- 07:00: Morning Flow Yoga (Focus on spinal twists).
- Morning: Guided tour of Madaba City (St. George’s Church mosaics).
- Lunch: Optional at Caroub House (organic, local menu).
- Afternoon: Transfer to Petra. Visit Little Petra (Siq al-Barid).
- 17:30 – Silence in the Siq: A short Walking Meditation through the narrow canyons of Little Petra.
- Dinner & Overnight: Petra.
Day 3: The Rose City & Starry Silence
- Morning: Full Petra Visit. Explore the Treasury and Monastery.
- 13:00 – Zen Break: Find a quiet spot near the High Place of Sacrifice for a Breathwork (Pranayama) session overlooking the valley.
- Late Afternoon: Transfer to Wadi Rum.
- 20:00 – Starlight Meditation: A guided Yoga session (deep relaxation) session under the desert stars to connect with the vastness of the cosmos.
- Dinner & Overnight: Wadi Rum Martian Camp.
Day 4 & 5: Desert Immersion & Deep Practice
- Sunrise: Sun Salutations (Surya Namaskar) on a sand dune.
- Days in Wadi Rum: Jeep tours, hiking, and tea with local Bedouins.
- Mid-Day: Silent Desert Walk to experience the "Sound of Silence."
- Sunset: Yoga session as the rocks turn deep red.
- Evening: Fireside sharing circle and meditation.
- Overnight: Wadi Rum.
Day 6: Rebirth at the Lowest Point on Earth
- 07:00: Final Desert Flow Yoga.
- Morning: Transfer to the Dead Sea.
- Lunch Break: Optional light lunch or healthy sandwiches.
- Afternoon: Visit the Baptism Site (Bethany Beyond the Jordan). A moment of quiet reflection by the river.
- Check-in: Float in the Dead Sea (natural salt therapy).
- Dinner: Healthy dinner at the hotel.

Day 7: Stillness & Integration
- 08:00: Water-Element Yoga (Slow, fluid movements) overlooking the sea.
- Free Time: Self-care, mud baths, and spa treatments.
- 17:00 – Gratitude Circle: A final Metta (Loving-Kindness) Meditation to integrate the journey’s experiences.
- Dinner & Overnight: Dead Sea.
Day 8: Departure (April 17, 2026)
